Q.How do I know this is a secure site.
A. You will notice when you enter the Secure Socket Layer as the address
prefix will change from http: to https: and a padlock icon will appear
at the bottom of your browser. There is also a "Thawte Secure
Site" badge at the bottom left of all pages. If you click on
this badge it will give details of the security encryption used. No
credit card details are stored by DLKPhoto.co.uk. All payment processing
is carried out by SecPay in conjunction with your bank.
Q.What sort of computer system do I need to
use the site.
A. In order to use this site you must use PC with Windows. Your browser
must be at least version 4 and should have factory default settings.
The site requires that cookies are enabled and that Javascript is
enabled.
Q. Is dlkphoto.co.uk part of an established company
A. D.L. Kirkpatrick is a N. Ireland based Photographic Supplier. We
have been established since 1973 and sell to photographers and retailers
throughout the UK and Eire, from our warehouse and showroom in Belfast.
Q.What do I do if I can't find a product I
am looking for on your website.
A. At the bottom of each page there is group of text links. One of
these reads "Enquire on other products" If you click on
this you will be prompted to send an email to cantfindwhatyouwant@dlkphoto.co.uk.
Also on the home page in the 'Quick links' on the bottom right of
the page there is a "cant find what you want" link.
