How to use this site

The site has been designed to make finding the products you want as easy as possible.

Search for products

The home page is the starting point for online shopping. From here there are a few different ways to search for the products you may be interested in:

(i).Search by Product Categories
Down the left hand side of the page are listed all the main products categories on the site.
Click on the one you are interested in and this will take you to the sub category list. For example select "Cameras" and you will then be given a choice of "View All", "35mm", "APS", "SLR", "Single Use" or "Instant". You then can either select "View All", which will list all the products in the main category, or you can select a sub category, which will take you to all the products that are listed in the sub category. From the list of products you can browse down the list to find the one you want.

(ii). Searches by Category, Manufacturer or budget
You can use the top navigation bar to search by any combination of Category, Manufacturer or Budget. Select your requirement from the drop down menu on the navigation bar and click on the search button. All the products that meet the chosen criteria will be displayed.

(iii). Search by Keywords
If you type in a Keyword on the top navigation bar and click search, all the products with the same key word will be displayed. An example Keyword would be "digital", this would identify all the digital products on the site. Please note only the exact keyword will identify a product, for example entering "lens 28 to 105 mm" may not identify these lens if they are listed as "28-105mm lens" . Therefore if a product is not identified by a keyword search, try another search.

Once you have found the product you are looking for just enter the quantity required and click the "add to cart" button. Each item will be stored in the "shopping cart" until you are ready to "checkout " and make a payment. Note you can go to "checkout" at any time and remove items or amend the quantity ordered at this stage.

Browse more products

You can continue to browse for more products by clicking "home" or "browse products" buttons and continuing as above.

Proceed to check-out

If you have finished shopping and wish to purchase the goods you have chosen then proceed to the "checkout". To proceed to "checkout" click the "checkout" button at the top right hand corner of the page.

You can see what is in your "shopping cart" at any time by clicking "view Cart" at the top right hand corner of the page and then either proceed to "checkout " or continue shopping by clicking the "home" or "browse products" buttons.

Registration and log-in

If you have registered previously type in your Username and Password, to Login, and your details will automatically be displayed. Credit card details will always have to be re-entered, for new orders as no record is kept of these for safety and security reasons. If you have not previously registered, you will be asked to fill in your name, address and delivery details. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed to proceed to the next stage.

Edit account details

If you have to edit any of the details in your own line profile, go to our customer services section and click on "Edit Online Profile" . Enter your username and password to login, or if you have forgotten your password enter your username(email address)and we will email it to you.make the necessary alterations to your address details and click the update button.Your account details will be changed the next time you logon.

Make a payment

Payment is accepted from all major credit card or debit cards. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Debit and Connect. When you have placed all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click on the "proceed to checkout" button. You will be asked to register, or if you are an existing customer you can log in. You will then be shown a summary of your details, items in your shopping cart and the total. If these details are correct, proceed to next stage. If they are not you may change them.

If all your details are correct the final stage invloves providing your credit card details. Please supply all details asked for and follow the on screen instructions. NOTE Only press the "Authorize" button once. If your payment is authorised by the bank you will receive confirmation within 2 minutes. If for any reason your payment is not authorised please contact your bank or phone us and we will be happy to process your order manually.

Payment will not be debited until goods are despatched.
