Returns & Refunds
Goods may be returned within 5 working days from the date they
were received by the consumer. We offer a money back guarantee (excluding
carriage charges).
Returned goods must be in a new condition, unopened in their original,
undamaged packaging with all components intact. Otherwise returned
goods will not be accepted for refunds.
Products that have been specially ordered cannot be accepted for
return and refund.
All goods to be returned must have prior approval and a Returns
Number.
To obtain a Returns Number call 02890 774455. Goods will not be
accepted without a Returns Number.
We recommend that all goods be sent back by registered post, we
cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged on return
to ourselves.
A full refund will be made within 30 days of the goods being received
by ourselves.
Damaged, Faulty or incorrect goods
Receipt of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods must be informed
to us within 3 working days of receipt.
To inform us ring 02890 774455 quoting your invoice number and we
will give you a Returns Number. This number must be quoted with
the returned goods.
We must be informed of damaged or faulty goods before they are returned
to us.
We will either replace or refund the cost of the goods, on return
to ourselves and confirmation of the damage or fault.
Goods arriving with damaged packaging, in transit from ourselves
to you, must be signed as "package damaged" on receipt
from the transit company. If they are not signed in this way we
cannot take responsibility for this, as there is no proof the package
was damaged in transit.
