Statutory Rights
All terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights or
manufacturers' guarantees or warranties.
Ordering
The web site has been designed to accept orders and payment online.
However if you do not wish to use this method of trading, we welcome
orders by phone, fax or post.
To do this either print out your order at the "checkout"
stage and fax or post it to us with a cheque or postal order, or
phone us directly with your order.
Prices and VAT
All the prices shown on the site include VAT.
If you are VAT registered you will receive a VAT invoice, to claim
the appropriate refund on your VAT return.
If you wish to claim Vat exemption for purchases from outside the
UK see the "Trade" section
Payment in Stirling or Euros
We accept payment in either Stirling or Euros. When you first come
onto the site you will be asked to choose which currency you wish
to shop in. The currency you choose will be the currency debited
to your credit or debit card. No payment will be debited until the
goods are despatched.
Special Orders
Certain items are available by special order. For these items you
will be asked for a 20% deposit with order. You will be advised
of these by e-mail on ordering and also of the estimated delivery
date. Our returns policy does not apply to special order items.
Invoices
You will be provided with a VAT invoice with the goods on despatch.
This must be kept for proof of purchase in case of any refunds or
returns.
Delivery
Delivery charges are dependant on where the goods are being despatched
to.

In some cases, for very large or heavy items delivery charges may
vary. These will be quoted by e-mail for your authorisation.
For security reasons, if the delivery address is different to the
credit card address we may request information from you, as to why
this address is different.
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18
years
Returns & Refunds
Goods may be returned within 5 working days from the date they
were received by the consumer. We offer a money back guarantee (excluding
carriage charges). Returned goods must be in a new condition, unopened
in their original, undamaged packaging with all components intact.
Otherwise returned goods will not be accepted for refunds.
Products that have been specially ordered cannot be accepted for
return and refund. All goods to be returned must have prior approval
and a Returns Number. To obtain a Returns Number call 02890 774455.
Goods will not be accepted without a Returns Number.
We recommend that all goods be sent back by registered post, we
cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged on return
to ourselves. A full refund will be made within 30 days of the goods
being received by ourselves.
Damaged, Faulty or incorrect goods
Receipt of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods must be informed
to us within 3 working days of receipt.
To inform us ring 02890 774455 quoting your invoice number and we
will give you a Returns Number. This number must be quoted with
the returned goods.
We must be informed of damaged or faulty goods before they are returned
to us.
We will either replace or refund the cost of the goods, on return
to ourselves and confirmation of the damage or fault.
Goods arriving with damaged packaging, in transit from ourselves
to you, must be signed as "package damaged" on receipt
from the transit company. If they are not signed in this way we
cannot take responsibility for this, as there is no proof the package
was damaged in transit.
Guarantees
All goods supplied will be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
This is normally for a 12 month period. Goods must be registered
with the manufacturer with the enclosed Warranty Card, on receipt.
Any repairs under warranty will be carried out by the manufacturer.
