Insta360 today launched GO, a tiny stabilised camera that mounts anywhere. GO uses its innovative form factor and AI-powered smart editing to make capturing life effortless.

The twenty-gram steady cam

Insta360 GO is the Ant-Man of cameras. Weighing in at 18.3 grams (0.65 ounces), it goes places that other cameras can’t, captures angles other cameras don’t, and never gets in the way. When worn, GO enables seamless, hands-free shooting, so users can capture experiences at the spur of the moment without ever fumbling behind a phone display. But GO is more than a wearable. A magnetic body, plus a range of accessories, means GO is ready to clip, tag or hang on just about anything. Shooting video with GO is simple: Pressing its button once records a clip for up to 30 seconds, pressing a second time stops it.

AI-powered FlashCut auto editing

GO doesn’t just save time and hassle during capture. With FlashCut auto editing, it also saves the hassle of finding and editing your best clips. FlashCut uses AI to find your best shots and combine them — on beat — into a stylised edit. GO can sort content based on theme (e.g. food, cities, smiles) and quality of shot composition. With FlashCut, users can capture, edit and share their day in a few taps. For creators who like to get hands-on, the GO app also offers a full-featured editing tool that allows tweaking of everything from transitions to colour palette and playback speed. The app also lets users easily combine footage from the GO and their smartphone, ensuring their edits bring together all of their best shots.

Hyperlapses made easy

Thanks to its next-level stabilisation, GO makes hyperlapses easy. Mind-blowing shots that used to take expensive gear and hours of editing are now as simple as the press of a button. GO captures hyperlapses for up to 30 minutes at 6x speed. Stationary timelapses are just as easy. GO’s mount-anywhere design lets users capture the flow of time from impossible perspectives. Do a barrel roll. The GO app’s unique Barrel Roll feature lets you twist your shots like a turntable, as many times as you like. It’s a head-turning effect that looks even better when combined with a hyperlapse. Smooth, rolling shots used to take expensive gimbals and fancy footwork. GO uses stabilisation and an ultra-wide field of view to make them easy.

Water resistant

GO is IPX4 water-resistant straight out of the box. It’s ready for splashes, rain, and submersion in water for up to 10 seconds.

Slow-mo to GO

GO supports shooting at up to 100 FPS so creators can slow things down and dial in on the action.

200 clips a day 

GO’s Charge Case slips into your pocket, allowing for easy charging on the fly. With the ChargeCase, GO is ready for about 200 clips a day. After a day of shooting, the Charge Case connects directly to your phone for fast footage transfer.

GO shoots 30- or 60-second clips at the press of the button - anytime, anywhere. Then it uses AI to help you find and edit your best shots.
